Incorpóreo is an online store that brings together a selection of cotton underwear, made in Portugal.

If the product you ordered is in stock, it will be sent within a maximum of two days after purchase, by GLS (Continental Portugal) or CTT Correio Registado (Ilhas). Delivery time will vary between 2 and 15 days depending on the destination and availability of the product.

You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number as soon as the order leaves our facilities. Wait a few hours before checking as it may not appear in the system immediately.

If you did not receive your product within the estimated time, please contact us via email contact@incorporeo.co; via Messenger (Facebook) or private message on Instagram.

Exchanges and Returns

Incorpóreo has an exchange and returns policy of 7 consecutive days after receiving your purchase.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges or returns on products that are still in their original condition.

We ask that you use the original packaging that we sent, in order to avoid creating more waste :)

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when sending the order and our store is not responsible for any losses in this process. If products are lost in the process, no exchange or refund will be made. For greater security, the order must be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).

Incorpóreo is not responsible for any costs in the exchange and return process. However, we will bear the shipping cost in case of error on our part (wrong or damaged product).

The customer must contact us by email at contact@incorporeo.co indicating the exchange with the new product / color / size desired.

About our exchange times:

- If the product you want is already in stock when the order arrives at our facilities, the exchange will be processed within a maximum period of 5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the new tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

- If the product you want is out of stock when the order arrives at our facilities, the exchange will be processed as soon as we put it back in stock (all exchanges have priority in stock). The time depends on the production line and normally varies between 3 and 10 working days (take into account unforeseen production delays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with the new tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our facilities.

We offer the shipping cost for the 1st exchange (the customer only pays the shipping cost for the return to Incorpóreo).


To initiate an exchange or return, you can contact us at contact@incorporeo.co. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
